Key dates

Key dates for the 2017 mid-year graduation ceremonies are now available. Please mark these dates in your diary, if you miss the cut-off dates you will not be eligible to attend your ceremony.

ECU introduced a charge for guest tickets in January 2017. Please see under Tickets and Venue section for further details.

Note for ECU South-West Campus graduates
Students who complete their award at ECU’s South West Campus are, by default, allocated to the Graduation Ceremony which takes place once a year (in February) in Bunbury.

Students who complete their award in Semester 1 have the option to attend the mid-year Graduation Ceremony in Perth in September. If you are a Semester 1 graduate, please check your ECU email for further details or contact the Corporate Events Office.

Invitations emailed out from:

Monday, 3 July 2017
Please note that the bulk of invitations will be emailed out on Tuesday, 18 July, following the main Board of Examiners.

Edith Cowan University will use its best endeavours to adhere to the scheduled dates, times and venues for Graduation ceremonies. However, due to circumstances outside the control of Edith Cowan University ceremonies may be delayed, relocated to another venue or postponed to an alternative date. Where this occurs Edith Cowan University is not responsible for any inconvenience or costs that may be occasioned by such event.
