WAAPA students at the Mount Lawley Open Day
Future university students braved the winter weather last Sunday to check out the Mount Lawley Campus Open Day.
Following on from the Joondalup event, the Mount Lawley Open Day utilised a marquee style tent to showcase ECU’s schools and facilities.
The tent was buzzing with students and their families as they checked out courses and learned about the different entry pathways in to uni.
The WAAPA building was filled with performances from students across a range of disciplines – from ballet to acting and musical theatre to jazz, giving potential students a taste of life at one of the world’s top performing arts institutions.
The Student Experience Zone gave visitors an insight in to university life, with information on exchange programs and the student guild.
Tours also ran throughout the day, giving students an insight in to a range of disciplines, from broadcasting and journalism to cyber security and counter terrorism.
Over 12,000 students visited ECU over both Open Days. If you missed out you can still find out about courses on offer by contacting Future students on 134 328 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
