ECU South West to congratulate newest graduates

Thursday, 28 April 2011

Family, friends and supporters will line the main street of Bunbury to celebrate the graduation of more than 100 Edith Cowan University (ECU) South West students on Saturday, 30 April 2011.

The students will leave the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre at 2.00pm and embark on a parade down the main street, where they will be given the chance to proudly celebrate their achievements to the local community, prior to their graduation.

Dean of ECU South West, Mr Robert Irvine encourages the community to come down and support the newest ECU graduates.

“The parade is a wonderful chance for to recognise and celebrate the achievements of those students from within the community and I encourage everyone to show their support as these students celebrate an important milestone in their lives,” said Mr Irvine.

“On behalf of everyone at ECU South West I congratulate the students on their achievements and wish them all the best in Saturday’s ceremony and in their future endeavours.”
