Film and Video

We are immensely proud of our students’ screen work. The creative potential offered by current and emerging screen production technologies is limitless. We encourage experimentation and engagement with all facets of production: concept development and scriptwriting, production management and directing, camera and editing, motion graphics and visual effects, interactive screen installations, virtual and augmented reality, sound and art direction.

Success in our screen projects flows from an ethos of collaborative, respectful and energised teamwork. Edith Cowan University is the place to forge creative partnerships to last a lifetime.

It is impossible to acknowledge all the great work which has come from graduating students throughout 2019 – there is so much of it! ArtsHum represents just one of the opportunities we take to bring our student work to a wider audience. Our regular mid and end of semester screenings, Screen Evolution Exhibitions and ECU Student Film Showcase at Revelation Perth International Film Festival are all part of our commitment to a vibrant screen culture in Film and Video.
