Film and Video

Film and video students are given the opportunity to create projects across a wide range of genres including drama, documentary, music clips, television commercials, experimental film and video art. Students work on the high definition video format using state-of-the-art equipment readily available for loan from our well-equipped media store. Projects are produced both externally on location and in-house, utilising our two on-campus television studios.

Post-production tasks are carried out on the Final Cut Studio editing platform in dedicated edit suites. Editing software is also available in all Mac-equipped computer labs in the School.

Productions created in these facilities exhibit regularly in film festivals.
