Abstract: With a focus on CREATEC disciplines, this workshop shares how employABILITY thinking can work in existing classes. Embedding employABILITY thinking means doing things differently rather than doing more: engaging students as partners and using metacognition as the driver of motivation. The workshop also explores the potential for educational research and scholarship within the Initiative’s activities.
