The Student Research Consultant provides research students with support for the transition to the culture of research, including planning and completion issues. They are also available to help with research methodology, particularly design and analysis issues.
The aim of this service is to support students to develop the skills required to effectively plan and carry out their own research. The Research Consultant (Statistician) provides support and guidance to postgraduate research students, postdoctoral researchers and academic staff. Support and guidance is offered across the range of statistical methods, as well as interpretation and communication of statistical analyses. The Research Consultant (Statistician) provides consultations and runs workshops.
