We are seeking PhD and Masters by Research students to undertake research in any area related to work and wellbeing. The following areas are of particular interest:
- Studies on organisational responses to COVID-19 restrictions and post-Covid-19 strategies for promoting wellbeing and performance.
- Quantitative longitudinal or repeat measures studies focused on the impact of organisational-level factors on psychosocial risks and employee wellbeing.
- Quantitative longitudinal or repeat measures studies to examine the impact of major disruptions (economic, social, natural disasters and pandemics) on wellbeing and mental health outcomes.
- Qualitative projects on psychosocial safety culture, and development of psychosocial safety culture assessment methodologies.
- Research examining how technological change, new organisational forms and new ways of working impact wellbeing.
- Studies exploring the impacts of flexible working on the wellbeing of organisations and employees.
- The association between psychosocial risk, musculoskeletal disorders and psychological wellbeing in the workplace.
- Cost-benefit analysis for intervention to enhance employee wellbeing.
- Studies related to dignity and respect at work.
- Diversity and inclusion research.
