Our primary goal is to produce impactful research that will advance individual, organisational and community wellbeing. We work collaboratively with organisations to promote healthy work and positive wellbeing and performance outcomes. Our research has a strong focus on organisational responses to COVID-19 restrictions and delivers research leadership in understanding how new ways of working, accelerated as a result of COVID-19, can be effectively implemented and advance individual and organisational wellbeing.
