Research themes and program

The Centre for Work + Wellbeing brings together multidisciplinary researchers to engage in a collaborative research agenda focusing on four research themes.

These themes are chosen to reflect the prevailing research needs in Australia and internationally, as the role of the workplace in individual wellbeing and mental health continues to be a major research and practice challenge.

The research program also has a strong focus on organisational responses to COVID-19 restrictions and delivers research leadership in understanding how new ways of working, accelerated as a result of COVID-19, can be effectively implemented and advance individual and organisational wellbeing
