Nickey is Manager Executive Education in the School of Business and Law and Faculty Advisor for Enactus ECU. She has been a member of the SBL Responsible Management and Sustainability Committee since its inception in 2020 (formerly the PRME committee).

Biography

Nickey is Manager Executive Education in the School of Business and Law and Faculty Advisor for Enactus ECU. She has been a member of the SBL Responsible Management and Sustainability Committee since its inception in 2020 (formerly the PRME committee). She is passionate about helping people build their knowledge and skills to achieve optimum outcomes for them, their organisations and the wider framework of society.

A long-term and sustained passion for sustainability, the environment and social justice is core to completing a Master in Science (Development Studies) from the London School of Economics, UK.

Nickey joined ECU in 2017 and has held roles of Accreditation Project Leader, Business Program Coordinator for ECU South West, and Executive Assistant for the School Advisory Board.

Before joining ECU, Nickey had a portfolio career across environmental consulting, multicultural research and teaching, and managing family-owned small businesses while raising her next generation.

Completing a Master in Science (Development Studies) from the London School of Economics, UK, is indicative of her passion for sustainability, the environment and social justice.
