Dr. Jennifer Ann L. Lajom is a Lecturer of Management in the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University.

Background

Jen received her PhD in Organisational Behaviour at the Australian National University. Her research interests include workplace passion and motivation, supports and barriers in career development, and performance and well-being outcomes. She has published in the Journal of Vocational Behavior (A*) and the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management (A*). During her doctoral candidacy, Jen also served in various academic roles such as lead tutor, guest lecturer, research associate, and doctoral representative for HDR students. Prior to obtaining her PhD, she worked as HR staff of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, UFJ (Manila Branch) and taught Psychology undergraduate and postgraduate students in De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines.
