This project aims to implement and evaluate digital forms of assessment in W.A. senior secondary general courses for summative and/or moderation purposes. It is supported by an ECU-Industry grant and the Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA). A small group of teachers in a course will be guided to create an authentic assessment task of limited scope where the product/performance may be represented digitally and uploaded to an online repository. Then a sample of volunteer teachers throughout the state will use online technologies to implement the task in the course. Finally these teachers will be involved in a collaborative online moderation exercise, either using analytical scoring or paired judgements.
