Three ECU Engineering students have won 3 out of the 4 prizes in a recent Electric Energy Society of Australia (EESA) project poster competition.
Run by the Western Australia Chapter of EESA, the competition required entrants to design a poster explaining projects they were working on in the electrical energy field.
Posters had to not only stand out, but also encourage discussion and questions about the project depicted.
The competition was open to students studying Electrical Power Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering at either Curtin University, Edith Cowan University, Murdoch University or the University of Western Australia.
Posters were presented at a showcase event in Perth on 28 October 2019 and the ECU students won 3 of the 4 undergraduate category prizes, including 1st, 3rd and 4th prize.
Congratulations go to our winners, Minh Trinh, a recent Electrical Power Engineering graduate, Nicole Makawa-Mbewe, an Electrical Power Engineering student, and Muhammad Bilawal Aamir, who’s studying Electrical Power Engineering.
