Carol is a lecturer in the School of nursing and Midwifery.

Background

Carol gained her State Registration in the UK in 1974 and developed an interest in Critical Care Nursing. In the first 4 years post Registration, Carol completed post graduate certificates in Trauma management, Intensive Care and Emergency Nursing.

After living and working overseas Carol returned to the UK and supported a passion for teaching by completing a Diploma of Education through the University of London.

Moving to Australia in 1982 Carol worked in Western Queensland for 7 years providing care to remote communities in Longreach, Muttaburra and Jundah.

Since moving to the South West of WA in 1989 Carol has completed a Bachelor of Nursing at ECU, a Post Grad Diploma in Counselling (Health) at Curtin and a Grad Cert Tertiary Teaching at ECU.
