In this engaging course you will learn what analytics can do for your business and how you can apply analytics to make faster and better business decisions using either internal or external resources.

Why this course is for you

Analytics was traditionally the domain of IT professionals, but has become much more of a manager tool over the last two years.

This course is aimed at mid to upper level managers in a range of industries and government, in particular, regulatory and compliance professionals and people in marketing who are in decision making roles.

This one day course has been designed to give decision makers an understanding of analytics so they are able to use information and data better in managing a business and; ‘ask the right questions’ of analysts and systems.

About the Facilitator

Harpreet Khalsa currently leads the Enterprise Analytics portfolio within ECU. Harpreet has worked across a range of private and public sector organisations within Australia, where he has assisted them in developing and implementing strategies related to Information Management, Business Intelligence / Analytics, Master Data Management, Data Quality and Performance Improvement / Automation.
