Learn skills that are crucial to project success
In this webinar series you will learn project management skills that are crucial to project success; these skills will enable you to achieve greater productivity in the workplace and grow your reputation in the project management sphere.
The series will be delivered via live web based (webinar) interactions by an experienced ECU Lecturer and Project Manager. In effect you will receive the benefits of a face to face course from the comfort of your office or home.
This series will benefit anyone who would like to advance their general management, project delivery and soft skills knowledge.
Over the 5 webinar sessions you will learn what it take to control your own project and enhance the way you approach your work.
The webinar masterclass will be delivered over 5 sessions with each session running for approximately 1 hour.

Dr Ross Yates is a project manager with extensive industry experience in health care, not-for-profit, mining and education sectors which he uses as a practical reference point to add a realistic and balanced dimension to his teaching as lecturer in the Master of Project Management course at ECU
Ross is also a workplace Trainer and Assessor in the Advanced Diploma of Program Management and Diploma of Project Management courses.
