Leading Change

Leading and managing individuals and teams through change are vital skills for successful businesses. This interactive 2-day program examines strategies for leading change, including models of change management, the role of the leader, reactions to change and how to respond to resistance, implementation of change initiatives and their impact, the innovation adoption cycle and developing people to better deal with change.

The program is delivered face-to-face, with some on-line pre-reading and a 30-minute one-on-one coaching follow-up. This can be face-to-face or via a video-conferencing platform.
