Build character, loyalty and a leadership
The Leeuwin LeaderSHIP Program meets the demands of our challenging and changing environment by pushing boundaries and developing clarity, purpose, resilience and personal leadership that translates into on-the-job effectiveness.
This program is designed to address organisational development challenges in a way that builds character, loyalty and a leadership mindset which in turn translates into amazing contributions in the workplace.
The School of Business and Law has developed a unique, customised, experiential, adventure-based leadership program that transforms individuals, teams and organisations during 3 days aboard the STS Leeuwin II, Western Australia’s very own tall ship.
Leeuwin’s professional crew will ensure the safety of the voyage and introduce each person to seamanship procedures.
At the conclusion of the voyage, each person will have a sense of confidence, enthusiasm and clarity about their own strengths and abilities to contribute productively as a team member. Get on board for an exciting 3-day LeaderSHIP adventure!
This program is designed for high achievers who have been identified as leadership candidates within the organisation and newly promoted managers who are just embarking on a new leadership role. This program produces impact, loyalty and clarity for each participant.
Over the three days some of the key areas covered will include, but aren’t limited to:
Dr Troy Hendrickson is a highly experienced educator, speaker, facilitator and program design expert with over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of settings.
Professor Peter Galvin is Professor of Strategic Management and the Director of MBA & Post Graduate Studies at ECU. He is an award winning lecturer with Faculty, University and National Teaching Awards to his name.
