Project management is a core activity in most organisations and is being increasingly used in the delivery of corporate strategy. For this reason knowledge of project management processes are fast becoming an essential skill that is valued by a wide range of organisations.
In this course you will learn the fundamental project management skills that can be applied in almost any industry across a range of projects.
You may already be a project manager, or your role may have evolved to include such responsibilities, but you have never received formal training.

In this two day course you will learn the key processes of the project lifecycle and will be introduced to the areas of time, cost, and project scope and stakeholder management.
You will also receive a set of project management templates to take away.
Dr Ross Yates is a project manager with extensive industry experience in the health care, not-for-profit, mining and education sectors which he uses as a practical reference point to add a realistic and balanced dimension to his teaching as lecturer in the Master of Project Management course at ECU.
Ross is also a workplace Trainer and Assessor in the Advanced Diploma of Program Management and Diploma of Project Management courses.
