Dr Nathalie Collins is a licensed Emily Post Business Etiquette trainer, one of the only ones in Australia. She has over 20 years sales experience and has qualifications in marketing, Information Management and Communications.

Social Media and Digital Marketing

This course will introduce you to social media and digital marketing. You will learn about social media platforms and the variety of ways in which they can be used to engage your audience. This one-day course includes a session from an active industry practitioner who will discuss current case studies and practices. The program is designed to take you through a series of practical steps and hands-on activities to help you develop a social media marketing strategy.
