This double degree is designed to enable students to succeed in business in today's rapidly changing society. It will broaden students understanding of themselves, their community and the larger world, as well as provide them with a foundation in the disciplines which constitute business studies, together with the opportunity for in-depth study of a functional specialisation. This challenging educational program leads to a degree which is internationally recognised in the global marketplace.

Students have the opportunity to complete a Business Practicum unit.
A police clearance may be required in some circumstances.
The Business Practicum unit is by application only. Students are required to submit a current resume, a statement addressing their suitability, and attend an interview.

Academic admission standard for the following entry pathways:
Students attend the Mount Lawley Campus for the Arts component and the Joondalup Campus for the Business component.
Students are required to complete: 16 Arts units, comprising of 4 Core Arts units and a 12-unit Arts Major; plus 16 Business units, comprising of 3 Business Edge units, 5 Core Business units, and an 8-unit Business Major.

Note: The Business Edge units must be completed sequentially, with BES3500 or FBL3501 taken in the final year of study. As each Business Major contains one Business Core unit within its structure, students must ensure their choice of Business Core units includes the unit required by that Major. Failure to do so may mean that students are required to take additional units to satisfy the requirements of the Major.
