This specialisation will equip you with key understandings of Humanities and Social Science education.
Emphasis is given to inquiry-based practical work, demonstrations, co-operative group work, whole class discussions and use of information communication technology, to ensure effective learning and teaching practices in secondary science. Planning, teaching, and assessmentstrategies are developed within a range of science content areas.

Graduates of this course will be eligible to apply for registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA. Graduates will be eligible to work as primary school teachers and to teach Humanities and Social Sciences from Year 7-10.
