We live in a world where threats to our way of life, to our businesses or to government agencies are becoming more frequent and more sophisticated. "The lecturers at ECU are lifelong professionals who have extensive experience in the subjects they are teaching"

During my study I've found that the lecturers at ECU are lifelong professionals who have extensive experience in the subjects they are teaching, rather than just an academic background. This makes the lectures very interesting, as we get to learn about real world issues and solutions. There are many opportunities for developing important contacts within the industry. Representing the university at two major industry conferences allowed me to develop critical networks in Federal and State law enforcement, and private industry.
