All applicants are required to to have a four-year bachelor honours degree in education , and at least five years relevant professional experience, of which a minimum of three years must include education leadership and/or management functions. Such functions may include, but are not limited to, year or program coordinator, head of learning area, deputy principal, principal, education consultant, curriculum coordinator, with equivalents considered.
