This capstone unit is a central component of the postgraduate journey in Project Management, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, and Business Analytics. It offers students a structured opportunity to synthesise and apply the skills and knowledge acquired throughout their course in a real-world challenge. Under the general supervision of a lecturer or academic mentor, students undertake a semester-long project that fosters context-specific practical experience and enhances professional interpersonal and communication skills. Through targeted assessments, students demonstrate their mastery of the Course Learning Outcomes, showcasing their ability to apply theoretical knowledge, analytical skills, and strategic thinking in a professional setting. This unit plays a critical role in evaluating academic progress and professional readiness. Students complete their portfolio to reflect on their achievements, aligning their learning with industry expectations. Individualised feedback supports ongoing development and helps students gain a clear understanding of their position in the journey toward fulfilling career aspirations.

In this unit, students will be developing the following capabilities:
