Description

This unit examines how educational leaders drive organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement within policy frameworks. Students explore educational research and leading effectiveness and improvement. They investigate how leaders integrate data-driven decision making, instructional leadership, and stakeholder engagement to build high-performing organisations. The unit addresses leading effectiveness and improvement through strategic planning, evidence-based practice, and developing cultures that support excellence and innovation. Students analyse improvement models, policy implementation strategies, and engagement approaches involving internal and external community members. Through contemporary research and practical applications, students enhance their capacity to lead comprehensive improvement initiatives that create effective educational organisations.

Learning Experience
