History is central to understanding our world, and Australia’s place within it. Studying history enables students to develop the skills necessary to analyse evidence, detect disinformation, think critically, and communicate effectively. These are all transferrable skills that can enhance study in other disciplines, and that are highly valued in all professions. Students can choose from a range of history units that will equip them with a strong foundation in historical studies.
This unit set information may be updated and amended immediately prior to semester. To ensure you have the correct outline, please check it again at the beginning of semester. In particular please check the unit and unit set offerings, as these differ according to course delivery location.
