Hotel Management Major

Increasingly, hotels and other hospitality organisations prefer graduates with a university qualification to fill their managerial positions. This major equips students with the knowledge, practical and employability skills needed to succeed as a business professional and industry leader in contemporary hotel, resort and hospitality organisations. This major covers the key aspects required for managing these types of organisations and their operations including food and beverage management, rooms division management, service management, international resort and facilities management, financial management and strategic management.

Learning Outcomes
