Mrs Draper has been serving in the role in an interim capacity since March 2025 and brings more than two decades of experience in senior marketing and communications roles across major organisations including HBF, iiNet and Water Corporation.
A respected leader in ECU's Growth, Engagement and Marketing (GEM) team, formerly known as Brand and Marketing (BAM), Mrs Draper was Manager of Brand, Marketing and Creative Services for 5 years, overseeing major projects, including the launch of ECU's 'Creative thinkers made here' brand platform in 2023 and brand refresh in early 2025.
Mrs Draper is widely recognised for her ability to lead high-performing teams and communicate brand purpose in meaningful and impactful ways.
Passionate about using brand and marketing to create positive change and help organisations become a force for good. Her personal purpose to "make lives better" is guided by her values of courage, curiosity, and harmony.
