ECU hosts Zhejiang students celebrating decades of collaboration

Edith Cowan University (ECU) was delighted to welcome students from Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU), one of ECU's longest-standing partnerships.

ECU proudly hosted the ZJNU group of 22 students and staff and took the opportunity to celebrate the university partnership as one of ECU’s longest-standing international connections.

Over the years, this collaboration has fostered academic exchange, welcoming students, staff, and researchers from both institutions.

A key pillar of this partnership is the Master of Education (Leadership) program, a joint initiative launched in 2000 and approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education. With over 1,400 graduates, the program continues to strengthen educational leadership and cross-cultural connections.

Graduates celebrate achievement at ECU Joondalup

After touring the Joondalup campus, graduates of the ECU Master of Education (Leadership) program attended a celebratory event hosted by the School of Education and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor International to collect their testamurs and reflect on their academic journey.

Their visit to Perth concluded with professional development coordinated by the School of Education, enhancing their skills and knowledge as they take the next steps in their careers.
