Aside from the theory, he's been able to put his studies into practice at IBM.

It also gave him some valuable insights into what it's like working in a real workplace.

Ethan says it has improved his practical, technical and social skills.

Best of all, it's given him confidence in his ability to become a future project manager.

What student wouldn't want to have that kind of positive recognition before they've finished their course?

Project managing his studies

We should mention that Ethan is doing great in his studies.

He even has some study tips for new students:

  • Manage your time well. Prepare weekly schedules and assignment timetables to ensure you are organised.
  • Learn how to prioritise. Understand what work is important and must be completed first/given the most attention to.
  • Ask for help. Your lecturers and teachers are there to help you. Use them!

Judging by the marks he's been getting for his units, this simple approach really works!
