After Michaela De Paolis fell in love with CrossFit, it led to a passion for nutrition - balanced nutrition being key to any kind of fitness routine. This led to a career change and a return to uni.

Michaela had been a graphic designer for a few years. But she found a way to combine one of her core skills – creative problem-solving – with her new passion for nutrition and wanting to help others improve their health.

Career changes are like that. There's always a connection.
