This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a range of technical production jobs in creative arts industry environments. It applies to work in sound, music industry, entertainment technical operations, broadcasting production, live production and entertainment technical operations work environments.

Special Admission Requirements

All applicants are required to attend an interview. Individuals must provide evidence of their skills in live production and technical services and the ability to: produce a body of work demonstrating the ability to respond effectively to workplace requirements associated with live production and technical services in line with current industry standards and apply a basic knowledge of trends and traditions in at least one area of technical production.
