Event Management Major

This major equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to function as event management professionals and industry leaders in a diverse range of contemporary event settings. With the increasing social, economic and political significance of high-profile events, employers increasingly prefer university graduates with analytical, practical and transferable employability skills, including leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, communication and problem-solving, for managerial positions. Course Exclusion: This major cannot be studied in the Bachelor of Event, Sport and Recreation Management or Bachelor of Sport, Recreation or Event Management.
