Vice-Chancellor’s Student Awards now open

Nominations for the 2009 Vice-Chancellor's Student Awards are now open, and close on Friday, 28 August.
The awards recognise the outstanding contributions made by a students, or student groups, to the University and its community.
The two awards are:
The Vice-Chancellor's Student Award for Contribution to University Life
This award will be presented to a student, or student team, who have made an outstanding contribution to student life at ECU.
The Vice-Chancellor's Student Award for Engagement
This award will be presented to a student, or student team, who have demonstrated outstanding engagement with external communities and has contributed to the achievement of the University's strategic priorities through engagement activities.
Eligible students must:
- Have enrolled in at least one unit at ECU in 2009, and not formally withdrawn or deferred before census date for that unit.
- Hold an academic status of good standing at time of nomination.
- Be nominated by a third party
