    The knowledge I have learned has really improved my capabilities and I have noticed a confidence in my practice

    I am currently working in physiotherapy and wanted to specialise in neurological rehabilitation. I chose ECU as it was the only university in WA offering postgrad studies designed for increasing knowledge in neurological rehabilitation.

    I am enjoying studying online and the weekly modules are motivating. The content is relevant and thought provoking, and there are are plenty of opportunities to collaborate with peers using the discussion board.

    When I enrolled at ECU, little did I know that it would lead to me being a part of something historic

    In my last semester of my course I got an industry placement in the Events Department of the Fremantle Dockers Football Club.

    Due to my positive work ethic, I was offered casual employment. In the lead-up to Grand Final I was suddenly asked to fly to Melbourne to fill in for a permanent staff member. I was in charge of managing security, caterers and audio technicians. All the skills and theory I picked up in my years at ECU helped me play a part in running the biggest function the club ever had – their historic first grand final.

    I would encourage everyone to really find out what nursing is about

    The course at ECU provides clinical practicums at a hospital or medical facility. These practicums allow for hands-on experience. Each semester covers a different set of skills that fall within our scope of practice, and as you progress through your course, these skills increase and allow for more challenging cases.

Course tuition fees can change, but we can give you an estimate of your costs. If you're eligible, a scholarship or student loan can help too.

Applying

Applying for a course is a fairly simple process, especially if you have scanned copies of qualifications, your resume or other paperwork, ready to upload.
