International Business Specialisation


This specialisation exposes students to international business theory and complements this with direct engagement to real world cases, practices and environments.

It provides a balance of business management practices that are applicable in multicultural and international environments. It focuses on international business development and includes extensive coverage of Asia, the USA and Latin America. Cultural sensitivity, business relationship management, FDI, negotiation, entrepreneurship, HRM, logistics, strategy, ethics and research techniques are covered. Students are prepared to achieve in complex, competitive and dynamic global business environments. Students gain critical thinking, teamwork, cultural intelligence, problem solving and effective communication skills to enable them to work across international business sectors.
