Allows students to develop an understanding of the principles and procedures necessary for professionals to practice applied environmental management.

Students will receive training relevant to the environmental management industry and will conduct a significant research/industry training project.

The course covers areas such as environmental impact assessment and monitoring, and emphasises the global, regional and local nature of environmental issues. Students will also learn about environmental management systems, environmental auditing and risk assessment.
