ECU is not responsible for the use of a hyper-link for which a commercial charge applies, and individual users are responsible for any charges that their use may incur.
Limitation of Liability
The entire risk as to the use of information on ECUInfo is assumed by you. ECU shall have no liability to a user, or any other person or entity for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever, even if ECU has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or they are foreseeable.
