Brew Ha Ha Alumni Comedy Night

Education Alumni Event - A Leadership Journey: From Classroom to Boardroom

Wednesday 26 July, 4.30pm, ECU Joondalup Campus, free of charge


As a member of ECU's Education alumni community, we are delighted to invite you to attend a PD presentation from ECU alumna and General Manager of the Western Australian Primary Principals’ Association, Paige McNeil. This PD is exclusively for ECU Education alumni and is part of our on-going commitment to your career development post-graduation.

A Leadership Journey: From Classroom to Boardroom
Paige McNeil graduated from ECU in 1993 to embark on a career in primary education but 18 years later found herself listing a mineral resource company on the Australian Stock Exchange. The company was named in the Top 10 IPO Performers for 2011 and she was presented with a 40under40 Business Award for her achievement as Managing Director. Currently Paige leads the Western Australian Primary Principals’ Association as General Manager.
Follow her journey as she navigates from the classroom to the boardroom, utilising transferrable leadership skills which were embedded in her natural passion for teaching and learning.

Radio Active

Get ready for a night of unbelievable entertainment at WAAPA's Radio Active performance, held exclusively for ECU alumni in conjunction with our 25th anniversary.

Radio Active is a high-energy celebration of chart toppers from the 1950s right through to today's hit music. The show features a diverse repertoire of popular music from pop to rock, RnB to soul and funk classics in a spectacularly produced concert with a huge cast of highly talented young musicians and singers. Music Under the Stars

Saturday 25 November, 6pm, ECU Joondalup Campus, free of charge


ECU presents Music under the Stars. The outdoor concert will be in its 6th year in 2017 and is a wonderful night of outdoor entertainment which features many ECU and WAAPA alumni as well as local talent. Save the date as this is sure to be a sell out as 2017 goes out with a bang!
