11.00am

Join Dr Stephanie Godrich, nutrition expert and senior lecturer in the School of Medical and Health Sciences, for a discussion on how it’s more important now than ever before to support our local farmers and food businesses and how supermarkets could be doing more to educate consumers about where the products have been grown.
Dr Godrich will also discuss how important food can be for self-care and that this time is a great opportunity to cook some healthy, delicious and comforting meals.
Participants will be offered the additional opportunity to participate in some COVID-19 food supply research after the presentation.
