At ECU, we reward the achievements of students. Our scholarships recognise those whose life journey so far has not been an easy one, as well as the students displaying outstanding academic excellence and endeavour.

With the support of an ECU scholarship, we want to help you realise your ambitions and reach your destination. We offer a range of scholarships to current and future students that aim to help you successfully complete your course by improving your financial situation.

Scholarships available

The University Scholars Leadership (USL) Symposium will be held in in Hong Kong from 1 - 7 August 2015 and ECU will be providing sponsorships valued at $2000 for 5 outstanding students to attend. This annual Leadership Program is hosted by Humanitarian Affairs United Kingdom in partnership with Humanitarian Affairs Asia. This year's theme is Enrich. Educate. Enlighten and is specially designed to impart the next generation's leaders with the valuable life-skills and knowledge that are essential to building a successful career. Inspiring Minds Research Scholarship and the ECU International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (ECUPRS Int) are amongst some of the scholarships that are open for application and are designed to support postgraduate students of exceptional research promise to study full-time at ECU in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or research Master degree. The Inspiring Minds Research Scholarship is valued at $40,000 per year (Tax free). The ECU International Postgraduate Research Scholarship will provide $27,000 per year (tax free) stipend/living allowance plus tuition fees and overseas health cover paid.

The Norman Archibald Percussion Scholarship was established in 2015 to support meritorious classical percussion students enrolled in WAAPA's Bachelor of Music - Apply Now.

Indigenous graduate Tamara Murdock, who completed a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Management) with First Class Honours has been awarded a scholarship to the University of Oxford.
