At ECU, we reward the achievements of students. Our scholarships recognise those whose life journey so far has not been an easy one, as well as the students displaying outstanding academic excellence and endeavour.
With the support of an ECU scholarship, we want to help you realise your ambitions and reach your destination. We offer a range of scholarships to current and future students that aim to help you successfully complete your course by improving your financial situation.
Scholarships available
During June 2013, ECU is seeking eligible applicants for several scholarships and awards. The ECU Vice Chancellor's Indigenous Australian Scholarship is open for applications. Selection will be based on academic merit, demonstrated leadership and contribution to the Indigenous and University communities. Sue Knox Memorial Award is offered to continuing students who have a disability and can demonstrate academic competence and some involvement in community or university activities and Mrs. Mac's Rural Scholarship assists ECU students normally living in rural Western Australia who are required to live away from home during their studies each semester. International Postgraduate Research Scholarships are now open and honours and postgraduate students should check what is available throughout June and July.
Nominations are now open for the ECU Vice-Chancellor's Student Awards 2013. University students and staff, and representative bodies external to the University can nominate an ECU student or student team for the ECU Vice-Chancellor's Student Award for Contribution to University Life and/or the ECU Vice-Chancellor's Student Award for Engagement. Winning student or student team will receive $5000.
