Key dates

Key dates for the Perth September 2014 graduation ceremonies are now available. Please mark these dates in your diary, if you miss the cut off dates you will be ineligible to attend your ceremony.

Sunday, 14 September 2014

Ceremony One: 10.00am
Faculty of Computing, Health and Science  

Ceremony Two: 2.00pm
Faculty of Business and Law

Ceremony Three: 6.00pm
Faculty of Education and Arts

Venue: Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre

Perth ticket and regalia collection on:

Friday, 5 September 2014 (9.00am - 7.00pm)
Saturday, 6 September 2014 (9.00am - 5.00pm)
At Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Level 1, Pavilion 4
Invitations emailed out from: Monday, 30 June 2014

Please note that the bulk of invitations will be emailed out on Tuesday, 15 July 2014, following the main Board of Examiners.
Register to graduate from: Monday, 30 June 2014

Please note: Attendance at a ceremony is not confirmed until you have registered online via SIMO.
If you are travelling from overseas, please do not confirm travel to attend a ceremony until after you have registered to attend online via SIMO.
Cut-off dates
Pay outstanding fees, fines and return overdue library items by: Friday, 11 July 2014

(Failure to pay your outstanding fees and fines by this date will mean that you are not eligible for the graduation ceremony)

Edith Cowan University will use its best endeavours to adhere to the scheduled dates, times and venues for Graduation ceremonies. However, due to circumstances outside the control of Edith Cowan University ceremonies may be delayed, relocated to another venue or postponed to an alternative date. Where this occurs Edith Cowan University is not responsible for any inconvenience or costs that may be occasioned by such event.
