Ticket and regalia collection

Tickets and regalia for Perth graduation ceremonies must be collected from the venue at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre.

Tickets and regalia for ECU South West graduation ceremonies must be collected from the ECU South West campus on the day prior to the ceremony.

You must present a copy of your attendance confirmation to collect your tickets. If a friend or family member is collecting tickets on your behalf they must have the attendance confirmation with them.

Additional Guest Tickets

We are pleased to announce that those graduates who have successfully registered to attend the Perth Graduation Ceremonies on Saturday, 19 January and Sunday, 20 January 2013 and the Bunbury Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, 16 February 2013 are able to request additional guest tickets, on top of their allocated 2 guest tickets.

In addition to your allocated 2 guest tickets, extra guest tickets are available for each of the six ceremonies as follows:

Ceremony One: Saturday, 19 January 2013 at 1.00pm
In addition to your allocated 2 guest tickets, an extra 2 tickets are now available.
Each graduate is now able to have a total of 4 guest tickets*

Ceremony Two: Saturday, 19 January 2013 at 6.00pm
In addition to your allocated 2 guest tickets, an extra 3 tickets are now available.
Each graduate is now able to have a total of 5 guest tickets*

Ceremony Three: Sunday, 20 January 2013 at 10.30am
In addition to your allocated 2 guest tickets, an extra 2 tickets are now available.
Each graduate is now able to have a total of 4 guest tickets *

Ceremony Four: Sunday, 20 January 2013 at 3.00pm
In addition to your allocated 2 guest tickets, an extra 2 tickets are now available.
Each graduate is now able to have a total of 4 guest tickets *

Ceremony Five: Sunday, 20 January 2013 at 7.00pm
In addition to your allocated 2 guest tickets, an extra 1 ticket is now available.
Each graduate is now able to have a total of 3 guest tickets *

Ceremony Six: Saturday, 16 February 2013 at 6.00pm
In addition to your allocated 2 guest tickets, an extra 1 ticket is now available.
Each graduate is now able to have a total of 3 guest tickets *

Process to obtain the additional guest tickets

For ceremonies 1 to 5, you should request the additional tickets at the Ticketing and Regalia days at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday, 11 January 2013 (9.00am - 7.00pm) and Saturday, 12 January 2013 (9.00am - 5.00pm) – you do not need to contact the Corporate Events Office in advance.

For Ceremony 6, you should request the additional tickets at the Ticketing and Regalia collection day at the ECU South West Campus on Friday, 15 February 2013 (4.00pm - 7.00pm) – you do not need to contact the Corporate Events Office in advance.

If you cannot attend the Ticketing and Regalia days and would like additional guest tickets, you must contact the Corporate Events Office via email graduations@ecu.edu.au and request the extra tickets before 5.00pm (WST) on Thursday, 10 January 2013 (OR before 5.00pm (WST) on Thursday, 14 February 2013 for Bunbury).  Your extra tickets will be available for collection on the day of the ceremony.

Bonus Guest Tickets (Perth Ceremonies)

Extra bonus tickets, on top of those listed above, sometimes become available closer to the date of the ceremony. If you would like to join the waitlist for extra bonus tickets you need to adhere to the following:

If you are attending the Ticket & Regalia Days (11th and 12th January 2013), you can request (on the day) for your details and the number of bonus tickets you would like to be placed on the waitlist. You will receive an email on Wednesday, 16 January if your request has been successful.

If you cannot attend the Ticket & Regalia Days, contact the Corporate Events Office via email graduations@ecu.edu.au on Friday, 11 or Saturday, 12 January 2013 only to request the extra bonus tickets.

*NOTE: If graduates are not able to attend the Ticketing and Regalia collection days and do not contact Graduations to notify the Corporate Events Office of their additional guest ticket requests, they will only be guaranteed their student ticket and 2 guest tickets.

Perth venue

Perth graduation ceremonies are held at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth. We recommend you allow sufficient time to find parking at the venue or consider public transport.
