The School of Arts and Humanities is home to a diverse range of research groups showcasing a wide variety of disciplines in the school, reflecting our broad focus on human interaction in its many forms.
In addition, these disciplines are spread across ECU’s three campuses. This spread of discipline and geography contributes to a vibrancy of research culture that is sure to satisfy the needs of most postgraduate researchers.

The School of Arts and Humanities is committed to providing a high level of service to staff and students undertaking research activities. Support from research and writing consultants is available to help research students and staff improve their writing skills, as well as improve their quantitative and statistical analyses. Postgraduate funding support is also available.
ECU`s Centre for Research in Entertaiment, Arts, Technology, Education and Communications (CREATEC) together with This is Not a Seminar (TINAS) presents Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) and Vice President, Professor Caroline Finch for her seminar, Supporting HDR publication within and beyond candidature.
