The Centre for Securing Digital Futures (SDF) is one of ECU’s most vital research groups, conducting research to deliver immediate and high impact outcomes in the areas of secure systems, critical infrastructure security, and cyber enabled crime. It has significant infrastructure and a skilled technical support base. This mix of technological backup and expertise has produced a productive research team that prides itself on quality and timely output.
SDF has proven its ability to develop innovative and creative technologies and methodologies for securing cyberspace and has grown their multi-disciplinary approach to research by including researchers from across various ECU schools. A multi-disciplinary approach is paramount to achieving the creativity and innovation necessary for inter-disciplinary knowledge generation.
