Print, copy, scan

You will need your ECU University ID card to copy and print items in the library.

Please note credit added to cards is non-refundable so only add what you need.

Use your ID card for print and copy

Your University ID card works like a bank account. The first time you use a new card the system requires you to enter your student or staff ID number and a four digit PIN number (follow the menu prompts to do this). If you are not a student at any university, then a driver's licence or phone number is recommended.

Each photocopier and printer has a Smartcard keypad. Place your University ID card on the Smartcard logo and enter your PIN to continue.

When funds on your card run low, you can deposit more credit and use it again. If you lose your card, your student ID number helps identify your card account so the funds are not lost.
