Library Consultative Committee (LCC)

Terms of reference

Purpose

The University Library Consultative Committee (ULCC) serves as an advisory body to the University Library. Its purpose is to provide a forum for consultation and collaboration between the Library and its stakeholders, ensuring that library services, resources, and policies align with the learning and research needs of the university community.

Objectives

  • To advise on strategic directions, policies, and priorities of the Library.
  • To provide feedback on library services, collections, facilities, and technologies.
  • To represent the interests and concerns of students, schools, and university centres regarding library matters.
  • To promote awareness and engagement with library initiatives and developments.
  • To support continuous improvement and innovation in library services.
