While studying it’s likely you’re going to be faced with some new ways of doing things.
At times you’ll be relying on technology to connect and collaborate with staff and peers, and using new platforms and applications. Some things will be easy, while others might require a little bit of help.
Peer Assistants are here to usher you through your learning technology journey!
The service has been designed to deliver just-in-time assistance when you need to know what to do, or where to click, in order to solve learning technology issues as they arise, and let you get on with your work.
The peer service is run through Microsoft Teams, so it’s easy to call (through Teams) or online chat to a friendly and knowledgeable peer assistant pretty much instantly during the service hours.
We also have an on campus service option at Mount Lawley and Joondalup.
Don’t go it alone!
What kind of questions can I ask?
During the mid-semester break Peer Assistants are still on campus at Joondalup only, and online as normal to help you out!
