While studying it’s likely you’re going to be faced with some new ways of doing things.
At times you’ll be relying on technology to connect and collaborate with staff and peers, and using new platforms and applications. Some things will be easy, while others might require a little bit of help.
VEEPS are here to usher you through your online learning journey!
The service has been designed to deliver just-in-time assistance when you need to know what to do, or where to click, in order to solve online learning issues as they arise, and let you get on with your work.
VEEPS is run through Microsoft Teams, so it’s easy to call or online chat to a friendly and knowledgeable VEEPS team member pretty much instantly during the service hours.
We also have an on campus service option at Mount Lawley and Joondalup.

What kind of questions can I ask?
The VEEPS are available to support you during teaching weeks throughout semester (except for mid semester break).
If you have a query outside the service times, feel free to leave a voicemail or a message in the chat and one of our team will get back to you at the next scheduled service time!
