Peer support at the Library

The peers will take a break over the Easter long weekend:

  • Friday 29 March - Monday 1 April.

This service is available 7 days per week during semester, except the public holidays the Library is closed.

This peer service is run:

  • on campus at each Campus Library
  • online, through Microsoft Teams chat (see chat button on this page)
  • by phone: (+61) 8 6304 5525

Library Peer Assistants offer support with:

  • Library services
  • ECU learning technologies

Library Peer Assistants provide general Library support and advice to Library customers, as well as support for using ECU’s learning technologies, including Canvas, Panopto, PebblePad, Turnitin, MS Teams and more.

Whilst studying you’ll be relying on technology to connect and collaborate with staff and peers, which at times will involve using new platforms and applications.

In addition, you'll need to know how to use Library services in order to succeed in your study and research.

Some things will be easy, while others might require a little bit of help.
